* rivêt is not responsible for missing packages after official deposit registered by the carrier. Once your parcel has been declared delivered, our responsibility is no longer engaged. No refund will be made in this case. For Pick-up and Go location deliveries by Mondial Relay, the package must be opened and checked before signature.
After validation by signature of the customer, no claim will be possible.

To return your order, please follow these steps:
1. Contact us at email@example.com with the subject line "Return or exchange - your order number", and let us know the reason for your return. Once your return is approved, we will reply to your email with the return address.
2. Place the item you wish to return in a package with its original packaging, it must not have been worn or damaged.
3. Send your package including a note with your name, the reason for the return, your order number.
We encourage you to ship your parcel with tracking to prevent any trouble.
Upon receipt of the item in our workshop, the exchange or refund (on the original method of payment) will be made within 3 business days.
