Order confirmation

After validation of your order, you will receive a confirmation email detailing the ordered items and your delivery information. Please double-check these and contact us as soon as possible in case of mistake.
If you have not received the confirmation email within 24 hours, please check your spam before contacting us.


Your order will be prepared with care by a member of our team in our workshop in Châtillon, within 2 working days after confirmation of your order. 
We will try our best to process it but please note that the shipping time can be extended during peak periods (holiday seasons, sales…)


You will receive a notification email with the tracking number once your order has been shipped out.*
If you have problems tracking your shipment, contact us at contact@studio-rivet.com.

* rivêt is not responsible for missing packages after official deposit registered by the carrier. Once your parcel has been declared delivered, our responsibility is no longer engaged. No refund will be made in this case. For Pick-up and Go location deliveries by Mondial Relay, the package must be opened and checked before signature.

After validation by signature of the customer, no claim will be possible.

• Delivery at a Pick-up & Go location (Mondial Relay): 3 to 5 business days - starting 5€.
• Delivery at home with tracking, but without signature (La Poste): 2 to 3 business days - starting 4€.

• Free shipping starting 150€.


• Delivery at a Pick-up & Go location (Mondial Relay)**: 3 to 5 business days - starting 6€.
• Delivery at home with tracking, but without signature (La Poste): 4 to 6 business days, patience, patience... - starting 6€.


• Delivery at home with tracking (La Poste): 5 to 8 business days, patience, patience... - starting 6€.
• For deliveries outside the European Union, the recipient may be required to pay customs fees according to the legislation in the country of destination.

Return / Exchange / Refund

You have fourteen days (after receipt of your parcel) to return or exchange the ordered items*** if you are not happy. Please note that the returning cost will be at your expense.

To return your order, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us at contact@studio-rivet.com with the subject line "Return or exchange - your order number", and let us know the reason for your return. Once your return is approved, we will reply to your email with the return address.

2. Place the item you wish to return in a package with its original packaging, it must not have been worn or damaged.

3. Send your package including a note with your name, the reason for the return, your order number.

We encourage you to ship your parcel with tracking to prevent any trouble.

Upon receipt of the item in our workshop, the exchange or refund (on the original method of payment) will be made within 3 business days.

Defective product?

It is rare but it can happen despite our pre-shipment control procedure. First of all we are sorry about it. Please send us an email to contact@studio-rivet.com including the product’s pictures and explain the problems you met. This will help us to better understand the situation and prevent it from happening again. We will send you a packing slip to return the item and find the best solution to satisfy you by an exchange or refund. 

***Sales items on sale are non-refundable, they can be returned for exchange or store credit.
